tasting comment

Intense cherry colour with hints of mauve, stable, clean and bright.

The nose shows finely charred wood with notes of cocoa and graphite. In the background, a good maturity of its fruity character is noticeable, reminiscent of cherry liqueur and wild fruits.

On the palate, abundant fruit notes (blackcurrant and blackberry), lightly toasted with hints of oak.
toasted with hints of oak, great fleshiness and long-lasting flavour.

«I wanted a wine that celebrated life, yesterday and today, exalting its uniqueness, its extraordinary capacity to arouse emotions. A champagne with expressive and dynamic aromas, agile and sinuous like an S-curve, with a fresh, vertical, powerful and energetic character’.

craftsmanship
the hand of man

The vines, planted nearly 100 years ago using a goblet-trained Gavia system, take their nutrients from the poor slate and granite soil.

The grapes are harvested by hand, usually at the end of September.

Grapes selected by hand from the plant by bunches.

Natural, neutral yeasts from the winery dominate the malolactic fermentation process of our reds.

We respect the natural form of the grapes.

We respect to the maximum the natural way of elaboration following the traditional methods.
