The vines, planted about 100 years ago using a system of Gavias (which was a kind of hole in the ground 1 m long by 1 m wide and 1 m deep and which was covered with straw and animal manure to protect and provide food for the plant) in a goblet, take their nutrients from a poor soil of slate and granite. Due to the composition of the grapes, no correction is necessary in our wines, neither in acidity nor in pH, and their freshness makes them suitable for any time of the year.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
