The grapes are selected directly from the plant by clusters and then manually on the sorting table.<\/p>

Our yeasts are natural, neutral, and specific to the winery, dominating the malolactic fermentation process of our wines.<\/p>

Patience and understanding time is key for the production from the selection of Bru\u00f1al grapes to the 12 months of ageing in French and Romanian oak barrels to the up to 36 months in bottle.<\/p>
